This paneer dish, which is delightfully peppery, is simply amazing and can be served with Indian dinner as an accompaniment or side dish. Similar in flavor and texture, this paneer dish with an egg bhurji influence is made with fell or grated paner and a lot of Indian curry spices, onion, tomato, and capsicum.

  • 500 gms( 1 / 2 lb ) Paneer( cottage cheese ), grated or crumbled
  • 2 tsp grated Ginger
  • 4 to 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 Green Chilli, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 moderate Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 big Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized pepper that has been finely chopped
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Oil
  • 2 cups Fresh Coriander Leaves, finely chopped

पनीर भुर्जी रेसिपी बनाने की विधि -How to make Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Step 1.Heat oil in a pan over moderate flame. Coriander seeds should be added and allowed to crack. For a moment, sauté with grated ginger, crushed garlic, and chopped natural chili.

Step 2.Add chopped garlic and sauté until it turns thin, approximately 2 - 3 minutes.

Step 3.Add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum, simmer and cook until they turn gentle and oil starts to split for approx. 2 to 3 Minute

Step 4.Include garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, parsley powder and sugar, mix well.

Step 5.Put milk.

Step 6.Combine and cook for a moment.

Step 7.Grapefruit juice and fell paneer should be added.

Step 8.Mix and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, mix sometimes in between to avoid sticking.

Step 9.Move prepared paneer bhurji to a serving bowl after turning off the flame. Garnish with fresh parsley leaf and function.
